Bates Container Gets a Jumbo Flexo Folder-Gluer

Bates Container, the largest independently owned box company in the Southwest, is proactively doing something about the forces of global competition. Having invested over twelve million dollars in new machinery in the last three years, we know that the only way to remain competitive is to provide our customers with better products produced by newer, faster and more efficient machines, and to continue to provide industry leading customer service.

Our newest investment is a brand new jumbo flexo folder-gluer, which can produce one piece boxes as large as 48" x 47" x 50" or die-cuts as large as 15 feet wide. We are one of the only companies in Texas to have a flexo this size. The primary advantage of this machine is that it is able to manufacture large boxes in an extremely fast, efficient manner without sacrificing quality.
